Return Policy

Xfriends, please know that we want you to be totally satisfied with your choice. We know that buying stuff online sometimes looks different when you see it in real life...

If you are not happy for any reason just return the product/s with your invoice, and please tell us why in a note or you can write it on the invoice and send it back to us. Please note that you will need to pay for the shipping back to us. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on all swim wear or under garments.

If you received something in error or a "mis-shipment" or damaged goods, please call us @1-800-688-2802 we will issue a "call tag" for the product to be returned and ship out the correct item/s free of charge to you ASAP. Please be cool and take care when packaging items to us so they get back to us in good order, this is greatly appreciated!!! If you send something back that is damaged due to poor packaging, we sadly will not be able to issue a return. Please note that we will not accept returns on new items that have been used or taken out of there packaging...

Manufacturers Guarantee; Please note that all returns due to any manufacturers defect will be handled according to the Manufacturer's most current policy.

If you paid for Expedited shipping for your purchase and you are not satisfied with the purchase we will only be able to refund the regular ground shipping cost.

All items that are bought out of "the zone" our closeout section are final...No returns are allowed. You will need to deal direct with the manufacturer of that item for any defect issue.

Refunds or credits to your account will be handled as quickly as possible, it is important that you take care of the above or any other issue as soon as possible. We will not accept returns after 15 days from the purchase date.
